Supporters

of Keaukaha Volleyball Club

Like all organizations, nothing can be done without "the supporters."  Yes, the people behind the organization that make things happen.

Aunty Luana Kawelu,

Queen Lili'uokalani Children Center

Outreach Specialist - is one of the our biggest asset in our Keaukaha and Panaewa Community.  She is always there to provide support, positive encouragement, educational development, and most of all her undying love for all of our children in our community.  If there is a need, she finds a way to provide some type of help.

Healing Our Islands,

The Hawaii County Resource Center in the Department of Research and Development accepted our proposal for our Healing Our Island grant, which allowed our community-based grassroots group funds up to $2,000 in 2005 to fight drug and substance abuse within our Keaukaha Community.  We were able to take a group of our "na keiki kane," between the ages of 14-17 years of age, to a tournament on the Island of Maui, where we took the championships.   As a result, we graduated 2 participants, and in 2007 we are plan to graduate 2 more of our youths

Randy Kurohara,

Creative Arts Hawaii

He and his staff has played an important part in our Keaukaha Community, as they support our Keaukaha Market with our own Keaukaha Designs, and they also assist our Athletic Teams with printing of all our uniforms.

Brian Simeona, Scot Tomita, and Jolynn Kapahu,

Suisan Company, Inc.

They have been very supportive, and treated our organization with respect, and awesome customer service.  They provided our organization with the best quality product, and at the best price to assist us in our fund raising efforts.
